Participation does not depend on the purchase of a product or service.<\/p>\n<p>Any persons and staff employed by the Organiser who were involved in the contest design and implementation, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the contest. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participating if there are legitimate reasons, in particular<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in the event of manipulations associated with the access to or implementation of the contest<\/li>\n<li>non-compliance with the Terms of Participation<\/li>\n<li>in the event of unfair conduct<\/li>\n<li>in the event of false or misleading information relating to the participation in the contest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contest time period<\/h3>\n<p>You can take part in the contest between 14th of Dec 2020 and 23rd of Dec 2020. Participation after the closing date will not be taken into account in the drawing.<\/p>\n<h3>Winners will be determined as follows:<\/h3>\n<p>Winners will be determined at random and informed via the Facebook message and comment function.<\/p>\n<p>The following prizes will be awarded:<\/p>\n<p>1st Prize: A svving in birdie blue, eagle blue or red flag worth \u20ac149.00)<br \/>\n2nd Prize: A svving in birdie blue, eagle blue or red flag worth \u20ac149.00)<br \/>\n3rd Prize: A svving in birdie blue, eagle blue or red flag worth \u20ac149.00)<\/p>\n<h3>End of the contest<\/h3>\n<p>The Organiser expressly reserves the right to end the contest for good cause and without prior notice. In particular, this applies to the reasons that would disrupt or prevent the contest from running as planned. In the event of non-compliance with the Terms of Participation, prizes can also be withdrawn and reclaimed retrospectively.<\/p>\n<h3>Limitations of liability<\/h3>\n<p>The Organiser shall have unlimited liability in the event of willful intent, gross negligence and minor negligence in the event of injury to life, limb or health. Should the Organiser be found in breach of a material obligation, it shall be held liable for any property and financial damage attributable to it, which could reasonably be expected to occur when the contract was concluded, up to a maximum amount of EUR 5,000.00. Liability for any other damages is ruled out.<\/p>\n<h3>Entitlement:<\/h3>\n<p>The prizes will only be handed over to the winners. Prizes may not be exchanged, picked up and paid in cash. The prizes will only be handed over within the European Union.<br \/>\nAny costs incurred for shipping the prizes shall be borne by the Organiser. Any additional costs associated with the claiming of the prize shall be borne by the winner. Any taxes imposed on the prize shall be paid by the winner.<br \/>\nEach recipient of the prize must reply to our message within 14 days. Otherwise, the entitlement to the prize shall expire.<\/p>\n<h3>Data privacy policy:<\/h3>\n<p>The submission of personal data is necessary for the handover of the prize. The participant shall assure that the personal information provided by him\/her (first name, surname, address and email address) is true and accurate. The data of the determined winner will only be used to send over the prize and will be erased immediately after it has been sent.
