Delivery of a prize won in a promotional contest. Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.

The data will be stored until the prize has been successfully delivered.

We collect the data referred to in Point III. in order to send you the prize won in a promotional contest.

Where your personal data is processed, you shall be deemed a data subject as defined in the GDPR and you have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller: You shall have the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not your personal data are being processed (including, but not limited to the purposes of the processing; the categories of the personal data concerned, which are being processed; recipient; retention period). In addition, under certain conditions, you can request that your data be rectified or deleted. You may also have the right to restrict the processing of your data and the right to surrender the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
